Carly Rose will teach a traditional Hatha yoga class: combining the heat of the sun and the coolness of the moon. Hatha is a transformative practice which focuses on deep holds and is traditionally a bit slower than a vinyasa flow. In this practice, we will focus on body movement, energy flow, and breath. The class will begin and end with a brief meditation. The class is accessible to all ages and levels of practice. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries prior to the beginning of the class. All classes will take place outside on the lawn. In case of rain, the class will be moved inside the Greenhouse. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you forget, we have a limited number to borrow. Space is limited; you must register ahead of time. There is a $2 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
