“I hereby give, devise and bequeath the amount of $[dollar amount] or (for a residual percentage) [percentage]% of my residual estate to the Alaska Botanical Garden, a State of Alaska 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, whose address is 4601 Campbell Airstrip Rd. Anchorage, Alaska 99507; Attention, Development Office. The entity’s federal tax ID Number is 92-0115504.

Said gift is to be used as follows (choose an alternative):

1. In such manner as the Board of Directors may elect (unrestricted).

2. Specifically, to support the _________________________ (department, program, etc.)
