Wildflowers have begun blooming at the Alaska Botanical Garden! Spring blooms are the perfect subject matter for sketching and journaling with watercolors. Celebrate the change of seasons while painting outside in the Lower Perennial Garden and Rock Garden. Explore watercolor techniques, color matching, layering, and shading while capturing botanical nature notes in your watercolor journal. This workshop is great for beginners and experienced artists alike. Materials kit included. This class will be taught outside, please dress for the weather (light gloves and layers are encouraged).
