Tending Your Inner Garden: A Yoga Series

Join ABG & Meg for a 5-week series. Every Wednesday we will engage in a 90-minute yoga practice that is specifically designed to support your nervous system, mental health, and mood (winter is coming!). Each week will include slow & intentional movement, gentle breathwork, cognitive-neuro work (brain love!), as well as guided yoga nidra (meditative rest). Students can expect gentle standing and balancing postures, as well as sitting (chairs are available) and reclined poses. While this class is designed to be accessible to most bodies, some folks will find certain shapes to be particularly challenging and Meg will do her very best to offer alternatives to postures as often as possible. While the benefits will multiply with each week attended, each class is a stand-alone experience - come to 1, 2 or all 5 classes!

There is a $2 charge for all cancellations. No refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

Please bring: To support your ease and comfort, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to find your spot and get settled. Class will start promptly at 7pm. Please bring your yoga mat (ABG has additional mats to use UNDER yours for extra cushion), plus a blanket, yoga block, and a bolster (or a pillow/cushion - to sit on, put behind your head or under your knees). Meg will provide straps, yoga balls, and extra blankets. Note: the greenhouse has a cement floor and is a tad on the cool side. Dress in warm layers, thick socks, and keep your hat & gloves handy for the guided rest portion of class.
