Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the practice of qigong. This hour session is low impact, gentle as well as mindful. Set amidst the beauty of the Botanical Garden, this class invites participants of all experience levels to cultivate greater ease, balance, and presence while moving in harmony with the natural world. No special equipment or previous experience is needed.
