Dance Consano and Chaga Tea Ceremony

Participants will begin with Dance Consano, a gentle, guided movement practice created by Rebecca that combines mindful movement, breath-work, and intentional body awareness. Inspired by her Korean and Chinese heritage, holistic wellness background, and personal movement journey, Dance Consano welcomes participants of all experience levels and invites them to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore mindful movement in the peaceful outdoor setting of Alaska Botanical Garden. The second half of the workshop will feature a guided chaga tea ceremony, where participants will learn about chaga mushroom, its history in northern cultures, and its traditional use as a botanical while sharing tea together in a space for reflection, conversation, and connection with the natural world. Participants should dress comfortably for the weather, as the entire workshop will take place outdoors.

There is a $2 cancellation fee for all cancellations. No refunds for requests made with less than 24 hours notice.
