The
Garden is located at 4601 Campbell Airstrip Road, one block south of Tudor Rd., in Anchorage, Alaska.
Parking is available in the Benny Benson School parking lot north of the
Garden entrance. The Anchorage People Mover bus 75 is available from the Downtown Transit Center to a stop on Tudor Road near the Garden, and Bus 1 has a route from the Dimond Center to the same stop near the Garden.
ABG Administrative offices
are located at 3701 Tudor Rd., Suite 203, Anchorage, Alaska. Offices
are open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm. The
Garden is open during daylight hours year round, with self-guided tour maps available when no staff or volunteers are present.
Directions
to the Garden from the Seward Highway:
From
the Seward Highway take the Tudor Road exit. Drive east toward the Chugach
Mountain range about 3.5 miles. Turn right (south) on Campbell Airstrip
Rd. (the intersection has a traffic light). Take the second driveway on
the left that leads to the Benny Benson School and Alaska Botanical Garden
parking lot. The garden entrance is on the south side of the parking lot.
Directions
to the Garden from the Glenn Highway or Muldoon Area:
From
the Glenn Highway, take the Muldoon exit. Drive south about 6 miles where
the road makes a right turn to the west. Continue west to Campbell Airstrip
Rd. (the intersection has a traffic light). Take the second driveway on
the left that leads to the Benny Benson School and Alaska Botanical Garden
parking lot. The garden entrance is on the south side of the parking lot.
