Junior Master Gardener Day Camp 2012
June 4th - August 1st
at the Alaska Botanical Garden

Open to children ages 7 - 13

ABG hosts this very popular children’s summer day camp modeled after the Cooperative Extension Service’s Junior Master Gardener Program (JMG). These outdoor experientially-oriented classes teach young children about botany, soil science, ecology, nutrition, and gardening, and serve to ignite the flame of interest in nature. The ABG program is led by Patrick Ryan, a certified JMG Instructor, 1st grade teacher, and a 1999 BP Teacher of Excellence.

Sessions are mornings or afternoons, once per week, Mondays - Wednesdays June 4 - August 1st, 2012

For more information, or to register, call ABG at 907-770-3692
